World DNA Day

World DNA Day marks the anniversary of the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003 and of the discovery of the double helix by Watson, Crick, Wilkins and Franklin!

On April 25th, it is worldwide celebrated to reflect upon the greatest milestones of Biological sciences.

April 25, 2020, marks the 17th anniversary of the completion of Human Genome Project and 67th anniversary of the discovery of double helix in 1953; and is the day to be celebrated worldwide.
